Happy three year ALLOversary to one of our favorite ALLO all-stars, Devon! She started out in customer service and quickly demonstrated an enthusiasm and dedication to her field which led her to becoming the Residential Customer Support Trainer. Starting out at a new job is always a little nerve-wracking. And at ALLO, our support team has an expansive range of knowledge across all aspects of the customer experience. Thanks to Devon, our newbies receive the guidance and training they need to provide the exceptional service we’re known for at ALLO.
Although born in Minnesota, she’s called Nebraska home for most of her life. It’s no wonder Devon can multitask her training responsibilities like a boss, she’s got four kids at home ranging from 6 to 18 years old! Like many of our team members, Devon is also an ALLO customer and LOVES our premium start over service saying, “I can’t miss Chicago Fire or the Blacklist!” Her favorite colors are pink and sparkle (you go Devon!) and any food she doesn’t have to cook is her favorite food.
When she’s not juggling work, kids, or Chicago Fire she’s spending time on her favorite pastime with son Camden, soap box derby! She’s been cheering her son on in the derby for the past three years and is proud to say she and Camden built his car all on their own (“Thank goodness for detailed instructions!”). Last year Camden qualified for the International Soap Box Derby in Akron Ohio and got to race kids from all over the world.
