Congratulations to our Western Region Tech Operations Manager Jason VanDyke on winning the 2015 Customer Service Award. He has been a member of the Allo family for nearly five years, and we’d be hard-pressed to find a day when he wasn’t striving to uphold our core values (Honest, Hassle-Free, Exceptional, Local).
Moving through various roles at Allo, Jason has maintained an incredible rapport with our customers and his coworkers. In one of his nominations, one Allo team member noted, “He nicely manages his dual roles of ‘boss,’ and ‘co-worker’ Good guys DO finish first!” And Jason is definitely one of the good guys. His upbeat optimism is a benefit to our entire crew and to our customers every day.
Although he holds a management position now, Jason has never been one to shuffle off small or unrelated tasks. He is a dedicated problem solver; you’ll never hear him say “That’s not my job.” This makes him well-known throughout the Scottsbluff and Gering communities. He’s often specifically requested by our customers when they have questions or concerns about their service.
His experience, dedication to customer happiness, and consistently positive attitude make him a customer favorite and a team favorite, and we’re thrilled to have him at Allo. Congratulations Jason!
