Enrolling in Autopay
Set, forget, and never be late on an ALLO bill again! Depending on your installation date, your automatic payment will be withdrawn either on the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 22nd of each month. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday the payment will be withdrawn the following business day. We encourage customers to set up autopay with their bank account information rather than a debit or credit card. Click aqui for additional information.
Your First Bill
Your first bill will include the cost of service from the date you were installed with service through the last day of your billing cycle. Prorated days may be included on your first bill depending on your installation date. To learn more about what to expect on your first bill, watch the related video or click aqui.

You can also make a payment by phone by dialing 855-968-2835. Please note, payments made by phone after 6 PM (CT) will be in a pending state until midnight and post the next business day.
